Please print posters at 48” by 36.”
Presenters in Session 1 should plan to set up between 9am-10:45am, and remove by 1:00pm. Presenters in Session 2 should plan to set up between 1:15-2:45pm, and remove by 4:45pm.

Getting Here:

Travel Information:
- The nearest BART station is Downtown Berkeley BART, followed by a slightly uphill, 15–20 minute walk to Sutardja Dai Hall.
- A taxi stand is located outside this BART station.
- Additionally, you can take the 51B or 52 bus to get to the UC Berkeley campus. The bus stop for these lines can be found across the street from the downtown Target store. Take either buses to the Durant stop, and you can walk through campus to get to Sutardja Dai Hall.
- Use this address: 2594 Hearst Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94720, at the intersection of Hearst Avenue and LeRoy Avenue.
- BearTransit is UC Berkeley’s shuttle system, serving the campus, Downtown Berkeley BART, parking lots, Clark Kerr Campus and the Hill area. The shuttle is free for Berkeley affiliates with a Cal ID and costs $1 for visitors. View the shuttle schedule here.
Parking is extremely limited on the north side of the UC Berkeley campus. Please allow extra time to navigate any campus construction zones, find parking, and arrive at the building. There are one-hour and two-hour metered street parking (coins, cash, credit) can be found on the surrounding blocks, though spaces will be limited.
